About Asha

I’m Asha (pronounced like Sasha but without the first “s”, & I’m so glad that you’re here!

I truly believe that none of us are average, and I’m here to embrace that for myself and help you embrace it too!

So here’s a few un-average things about me:

I’m a firm believer in HPV (honesty, positivity, and vulnerability! get your mind out of the gutter girl!)

I have both a drawer full of snacks (primarily chocolate) & a drawer full of medicine (primarily Pepto Bismol for when snacking gets out of hand). Because balance.

I have a slight obsession with cool walls. And I am not past forcing people to stop and take pictures of me in front of them (just ask my boyfriend).

I work for a nonprofit by day (blogger by night…and sometimes day too whoops) and actually got a degree in Human Services with a concentration in Nonprofit Administration. You could say I like helping people.

The only time I ever got in trouble in school was for running an un-sanctioned cookie selling business. It was both profitable and delicious (and so totally worth it).

And just for good measure, here’s a picture of me from my younger years. Because I’m all about being vulnerable here (and this me at my most vulnerable).
